That tag is applied to games that haven't had an update in a certain amount of time. This game is still being worked on, with the dev doing livestreams of their work, screenshots of which have been sent in this thread.
dont worry, the DEV is actively working on the game. he is reworking some quests and animations mostly atm. he is live streaming on picarto alot too. last stream was just a few days ago too

if one scene will take him one year this game will take 5-10 years to finish of course if u want only max 10 scenes
i respect my man wanna make some high quality product but math and physics still dont care about peoples feelings
the DEV was streaming just 2 days ago. he designed a new npc from scratch and is now back to animations etc

2. i dont follow him, was on his discord shortly but left
3. its not me who is defending him in this conversation,
but im not attacking him either i said i respect the man who want to make quality work
however when i just pointed out how much time it can take i was called mexican for some fucking reason so no i wont ask him how much scenes he make, if those fucking defenders cant answer then that tells more about them than about me
