It's sad to know what the developer is going through right now at this moment... I hope he solves everything and is good with himself and comes back when he can for the continuation of Babysitters development This is one of my favorite games

heh...Naive? The "On Hold" tag is assigned by this site's moderators in accordance to their (F95) rules and standards. Unless a game developer specifically asks for it, the developer has nothing to do with the decision. This site is just one place games such as this can be followed, tracked, etc. Except for very rare circumstances, game developers do not create games for this site. Some interact here, some don't.

Sometimes I keep forgetting that F95 is nothing more than one of the many pirate sites that give away the hard work of game developers for free.
They're not supporting game developers at all, but rather screwing them out of their well deserved revenue that otherwise would have kept them going, instead of giving up on their projects for a lack of rewards.
While I still think this game, which I liked btw, is dead, it really is not the dev's fault that this thread is still active for some reason, suggesting that "Babysitters" is still a viable project.

Where do you think do these games get their free PR from? It's sites like F95 providing a platform for adult VN developers to build a community. And if their work is good, increasing revenue from their Patreon pages as many users are willing to support their projects. So no, you are dead wrong. F95 and other sites are the single biggest reason some of these creators make as much money as they do.

That being said, the reason why people say that t4bbo aint milking nobody is because several patrons came here saying that he's stopped charging money over on Patreon for the time being. I might be wrong, but I think t4bbo himself had mentioned this in one of his Patreon posts a while ago aswell.

Pretty much.
Trying to find any adult games directly through Patreon is an utter nightmare.
If not for this site I would not have found even a fraction of games I am interested in.
And while I download many games here for free I also am supporting multiple projects on Patreon and SubscribeStar, projects I downloaded here first for free, played and which impressed me enough.

Here is a reply to a Patron asking T4bbo for a progress report. (approx 2 weeks ago). Hopefully this schedule will hold true. Billing is still on hold through the month of august though.

I've finished VAT automatisation tool for Amazon only recently (1month behind planned schedule, but everything's fine so far), now I go visit wife for a week and once I get back, I continue with development full time. I think in the middle august will come that bigger version I ve been working for quite some time. After that I am on regular 1-2 months update.

:cry: Man these days my morale was low but knowing this news I'm very anxious and happy for T4bbo to develop this magnificent game again, wow I have no reaction I'm so happy thank you very much for reposting ;):giggle:(y)
