There is an option for Jessica only ending, which is my preferred ending. You have to romance Chris and Jess for basically the entire game, and keep choosing Jess options when possible. I believe the last requirement is you have to have sex with Jess in the lodge while Chris and her mom are sleeping. Chris will see you two and it results in her leaving you eventually. but Jess stays with you.
