Ah, I think I already know where I went wrong in my assumption. The date of the post in which you can find the cheat mod was dated July 2020. But I guess that date never updates when a new mod is put into the same post.

you have to be rude to her in every sense and treat her rudely in different conversations. as I understand it, Angelica likes rude guys(but it is not exactly)
For some reason when I'm rude to her MC just automatically refuses to help her.
