Here’s a first look at the redesigned main menu and finalized GUI for Babysitters / Burning Boundaries!

I’ve put a lot of love into making the interface match the tone of the story — sleek, a little seductive, and highly interactive.

Hey everyone,
I’m sharing this poll along with a new preview video featuring Angelica, where I’ve added an X-ray view during the animation — showing internal detail during penetration. This is something quite a few Patrons have requested over the months.
That said, while many of you are into this style, I’ve also received some strong negative reactions from others who find it distracting or unnecessary.
Because these effects take extra time to implement per scene, I’m considering a more efficient path going forward:

• I’d create a few reusable default X-ray variants for each male character (shown from two angles).
• Then I’d simply overlay the appropriate version when needed.
• Most importantly: you'd be able to toggle X-ray on/off in videos based on personal preference.

️ So here’s the question: Should I continue with this idea?
What’s your honest take on X-ray penetration views?

Honestly prefer no x ray view. Doesn't look the best and kind of weird. Would prefer just regular view without x ray, I think it looks better.

Ok, even I have to admit, the new main menu is fire.

The only out-of-place things are the cartoony font and hover sounds.

Also, a small note: if the game features NTR with the wife, the main menu gives off the "wrong" impression that the MC is definitively a king of his own personal harem - as if he can't lose his women no matter what.

Yeah, the hover sounds for buttons are already starting to get on my nerves… I’ll probably remove them, but I wanted to try it out first.

As for the font — I know opinions vary, but I actually like this lighthearted style quite a lot, and I know many others do too.

The main menu gives exactly the right impression: three shadowy figures in the background, ready to take your place. There are a lot of subtle hints in both the video and the title… I’m curious to see if fans will catch everything.

No x-ray please, I never understood the meaning of it and it's also a little gross. Imagine x-ray of balls empting Nonononono

Don’t really like the name Boundaries, maybe “Burning Bridges” since that’s what every character is doing from Lara turning down Tony
and not getting the promotion and ratings for a better time slot and show and missing out on parties and first class trips
to Erica, if she gets caught messing around with mc, by Lara she could be fired and black listed from baby sitting, also if Angellica gets caught having sex with mc, then it’s divorce time and she probly disowns her daughter

If you avoid the "Tony" option, there is not much left to get "excited" about, and what is left, doesn't really deliver on its promise.

Even though, if he had actually gone through with expanding the non-ntr paths into what it could/should have been, this game would be great. The big sin is all the times that the NTR path bleeds over into the other paths, with no plausible alternate scenarios.

As it is, its just another NTR trope filled blah.....by a dev who found dollars and AI mid-stream.
Now we suffer yet another remake.

But, obviously, this is a financial success, with property aimed squarely at Steam, so, congrats dev, credit where credit is due.
I look forward to your next endeavour, with all the talents you have displayed here, in the hope that you don't fuck up the story halfway through again, and actually stick with what you start off with.

For first part I disagree,from I understand ntr path are only Edd and Tony.In opposite the harem path mc have practically sex with every woman in the game (not Sasha and the doc yet).So logically more stuff in the mc path.

Ok, if that's your take, but as I remember, NTR path also includes Tyrone/Lara and Tyrone/Angelica

And in the non-ntr paths, MC can still be a cucky wimpy sub, with the girls still looking for "other options" being hinted at, though not implemented.
Hardly a "harem-builder". That path has to a strict set of choices, very narrowly defined, and easily lost, with the NTR options bleeding in.
There were/are two other paths in the original setup that just got lost in the mix too. It's just a shit-show for all the non-ntr choices, with the ntr path being more like a KN than a VN, whilst the non-ntr is messy to say the least.

I don't know... I get the need to go for something light-hearted, but the font is still too cartoony for the themes present in the game (domination, lack of comedic moments). Just my 2 cents, of course...

I didn't notice the figures in the skyline, you're right.

Also, a small tangent regarding AI animations: Lara's face when looking up at MC is perfectly animated - exactly the kind of use of AI I whole-heartedly approve of. The small, subtle shifts that "regular" animation would take forever to do, and breathes life into the character.

Thanks for feedback, I see you are savy... so maybe open script file and search for (renpy.TEXT_TAG, u"i"), change color to #8debf0 (bright blue)... contrast of black outline and bright inner color should make it more visible. I've done it now, let me know if it works for you.

For me, AI only work in 2D and I have no issue when it's used there. But when used on 3D renders, it creates that weird, fake realistic, uncanny picture that incorrectly make you think it was “improved”.

It was not.

What I like with 3D daz (or others software), is that unique visual appearance that the models have. It's “realistic”, but still a 3d render. There is that unique charm that 3d renders have, and some artists even sculpt their models to give them their distinct and recognizable look. And I feel that the AI is sucking the soul out of those renders.
I won't even talk about the animation. Flawed, unnatural, unnerving. When you go from 3d to AI in game, the transition is unsettling to say the least, the face and body of the characters twists and even add detail that weren't there.

Who is this appealing to?

I really feel like that by pursuing excessive realism the AI provides, it removes the diversity and the uniqueness of these artworks.

It's immersion breaking to have suddenly a character turning into an uncanny "real" human.

I'd rather the artist learn new tricks, better themselves, learn to do better animation, that they can show in their art, than just firing kling, wai, or any other video AI for their "improvement".

Just my opinion.

On principle, I agree.

But AI animations - when used sparingly - can enhance the experience. The latest main menu animations that the dev is implementing for Babysitters is well done. Well, parts of it. Lara's expressions were top notch.

But I suspect only because movement is limited in scope; full sex scenes with AI are still way too uncanny for comfort.
