Hmm...that is an odd one to me...is the original character heavier? I don't want us all to be body shamers, same as we're trying to not be kink shamers even if we don't try to put every single kink into this particular project. Heavier people need love too, and nothing against "chubby chasers," but I suspect most people prefer "normal size"/thinner especially when dealing in something fantasy based when the chips are down.

It's not common but I've seen art of Amy being slightly plump. Granted if we were to go by actual lore canon, she'd be muscular. Girl trains like a DBZ character (her bracelets, alongside hidden ankle bracelets, are weighted and her hammer is magically superheavy). If we're going by design canon, she's thinner then Cream, who's a few years younger the her. Rogue is the thicc one but in a curvy way.
Why not a slightly chubby girl?
Making it fat will only make it more inconsistent or even strange!

See...we have a range of opinions and reasoning...which brings me to my general statement, Intent. What is the intent of character shape and size in general, and the intent of having the character in this project combined with the intent of the project in what we mean to express/create/supply to and for the player. If the original character was made to be larger, are we using that or changing it to meet x-fantasy? If we are looking for diversity in as many was as possible (Don't know that this discussion has been had in this way) then we should have a thicc/curvy/bigger/heavier/etc...character somewhere, does this one fit the bill? While I personally am more than happy for all of them to be thin/muscular (Probably 80/20 my own fantasy breakdown) the project is not about me, and we only need to know to make the content accordingly.

This one came out in the middle of the images progress, but I couldn't miss the opportunity to post it here for everyone to enjoy, since it won't be in the game.
I mean, if the game was extended, couldn't it just go into a new event. Sorta along the same vein of getting cream comfortable with having less clothes. If you accomplish something with her, then she gets a new event where she cooks naked?
I stand corrected...I have to start thinking about it in those terms now though...I haven't actually played the latest version, I just copied the files to continue working on the last core content to "finish" the guests file in heading toward v1.0. And i see what you did there...food for thought. You get extra points for cleverness but deserve punishment at the same time.
