Once you've unlocked a scene, click on the girl in the gallery.

I was about to ask the same... Considering that no new content has been added to v1.1.3, perhaps it's better to download version 1.1.0 to apply the uncensor patch.

Unless you are refering to how to get the scenes for them. Otherwise that's all the content that's currently in the game. Developer is plannig to add more content in future updates
