I had a little bit of help, but saw that you just need to remove all before the sister part.
I would suggest to you to do the same for the mom, with the rules that are in place and then upload it to by example lewd patcher and call it unoffical patch or something like that.
And never mention it to your patrons, they will find the way, I'm sure.

That sleep sex scene with Meg was really fucking hot. Probably the best sleep sex scene i've ever seen. It was treated like an actual fetish, rather than just a shortcut to sexual content. @_Doux, i think you could find a real niche here if you keep the focus on sleep sex. I'm looking forward to messing with Meg in her sleep again and i hope we'll be able to do the same to the Mom as well at some point. That fat arse shouldn't be neglected.

But since your audience is not very large, and the game is in the early stages of development, I recommend making some of the content public, rather than hiding in a shell with your few patrons.
You need to promote the game and attract new fans. How are you going to do this while remaining deathly silent?
