Go to settings in joiplay and then in Ren'Py settings and activate model based rendering and see if the game proceeds normally

As I said before, if you want to play on your smartphone, pls use the links for the separate chapters, as the all-chapters version may not work properly on Joiplay. Try the Android version and let me know if it keeps crashing.
