The whole premise that this teenager doesn't know these emotions because he has never felt them makes no sense. Only if he is mentally stunted, or was kept in complete isolation with no human contact.

I can see that argument for sure, it could be edited to be a little more realistic - if the developer wants. I kind of got like a "Promised Neverland" feel from the opening. You know....like the VERY beginning of it.
