How do you start meeting and doing the Rachel police chief events?

Only met her once if i brought the dog abuser to the police station. Is that where you start her?

Any idea how to meet the glory hole girl on day 15? I never got the option

Also any hints on the grease lover, patient and decieved dad achievements?

Rachel - day 18. Lose the fight against the security guards in the elevator.

Glory hole girl - Drink beers at the bar during the money collection job until you need to piss.

Grease lover - Meet Ashley during the first race event. Fail at the hacker riddles and call her to help you. Then help her with the rival mechanic and unlock her first scene. During the second race event, lose the race and she will show up to help you.

Patient - Lose the fight when helping Jillian with the college bullies. She will take you to the hospital.

Deceived Dad - Unlock Sarah's first scene on day 17, but DON'T make her pregnant. When she looks for you, saying the child is yours, take responsibility.

I lost the fight as mentioned and i went to the hospital but the achievement did not unlock.

Could i check, if i understand correctly the gallery is supposed to remember unlocks from previous playthrough right? I am asking because for some wierd reason it sometimes does not seem to remember the unlocks from the previous playthrough. I have done around 4 playthroughs thus far to the end of current content and wierdly a couple of scenes refuse to stay unlocked. The new naomi scene on the last day comes to mind.
