In Rances' Patreon it says 0.16 is 10% complete.
I highly doubt we will ever see it. But who knows. I think that in this regard Axeman does a double service. It pressures, in a positive way, Rainces to keep updating and also provide us a bug free, polished version that fills the gaps that Rainces left.
If we indeed have 0.16, I hope it is almost 100% Anna focused. She is the best girl and has the best plot, in my opinion.

Honestly, this update made me lose interest in her a good bit. The smoking thing kind of came out of the blue, and while I know a lot of people have smoking as a fetish, for me it's the opposite of sexy. I can see why she does it from a character perspective, but for me it's an unappealing change to the character, like if she suddenly started sprouting armpit hair or cut her hair into a mohawk.
Liza is back to being higher than Anna. Maybe Jenny would be too if I knew anything at all about her.
Yeah, not fan of the smoking either. But, like you said, if fits the situation she is in. She is under extreme stress, and people do "out of the blue" things in these situations. She is still top on my list, though
Also, this is actually not from this update. We got almost nothing new from Anna this update, mainly the cleaning thing on the room and the walk on the park (that I found files when I extracted the images, but I do not know how to activate). The shower/hide under the bed thing and the swimming pool thing were on his "Ms. Anna mode" from the last update. He just inserted these pictures in the main story.
Ah. I had skipped that update because I'd heard it was no new content and just the story mode stuff. It sounds like I wasn't missing anything. It also sounds like there was even less new content for this update that I thought. Anna was very definitely neglected then, since she didn't even get the few scenes I thought were new to this update.

shit... I don't wanna sound too harsh but we waited for sooo long for this one massive update that it had, at least, to make up for this huge delay
* I kinda felt like it wouldn't be great, but I was really expecting it to be good... real good
and idk... it felt incredibly short and mishandled
we had some Liza stuff, true... but the hottest thing that happened w/ her on this build is the repetition of the night pool event that only felt nice as hell 'cause I haven't played the game in almost a year (and damn that's good scene)
and where we get w/ Lucy, at the very end, was worthy... cool
but no Mrs. Anna? zero? really? nothing but a static one pic christmas shot that pops up out of nowhere, w/ no contextualization, as you're asked if you don't want to fap thinking about her (the fastest jerking off ever, btw), and a couple dull house cleaning fillers
and ok, we do get somewhere w/ Lucy... but the way it happened, idk, it could've happened before... I mean, there's no actual groundwork leading to it (there's some, leading to #coolstuffwithlucy01 but there's none leading to #coolstuffwithlucy02 and it's a game over)
if anything, being honest, RAinces really had me feeling like we're moving backwards w/ the girls
nothing w/ mom and 75% (idk) of the new content is spend on scenes w/ Lucy and Liza absolutely pissed... two angry birds you can't hardly even talk to
feels like every bit of progress in both routes, love and corruption, and all the groundwork we've done was flushed down the toilet
