I find it odd that we make drawn porn follow the same rules as Hardcore Real Porn. Anime does not fallow the rules of Mainstream Movies. Many Anime have a High School age MC trying to make a harem. Anime tends to be Japanese and their age of consent is 13 which is why you see a lot of school sex in Japanese anime and H games.
Mainstream movies are more of western thing where age of consent is a lot higher. You're looking at 16 in the UK and 18 in America and various ages around there for other countries.
What he said, not to mention the outcry anything even resembling CP gets. Here's the thing. I'm not the one who created the game and explicitly wrote "all characters are 18+ years old", so if the characters are meant to be 18+, then don't make a character that looks like 10 year old.

I mean there are a ton of(even popular games) where it is obvious the characters aren't actually 18 even though "lol all characters are 18!" bullshit they put up to keep internet champions off their butts.
Look at The Twist(kid doesn't even know what a butthole is!), look at Big Brother(where if you actually follow the plot it is pretty obvious at least one of the siblings is underage just from a timeline standpoint.)
