"Bad" Games

I swear, is there anyone else that hates those ugly realistic 3d games that plague the front page??? It feels like those and games with 0 gameplay whatsoever just do not leave from the top and it's frustrating because I see nothing appealing about them AT ALL. I need to know if I'm alone on this and I'm crazy or it's an actual thing.

You have to go out of your way to have those games "on the front page", by default when you click "Latest Updates" you're shown the sorting by date.

You can simply tweak the tags and add 3dcg to the exclude.

It feels like those and games with 0 gameplay

A good part of those games in your screenshots do have gameplay.

Not alone, but definitely in the minority. Some people like game play, others like stories. You can whine like a little girl or get over it and play games you like.

labrat 2 is good? I remember enjoying the first one well enough, but I saw some reviews of 2 and for some reason I walked away from it. I cant remember why though. Made it sound worse than the first one.

Only the modded variant. Not the base game. But this is a preference matter as always. Personally, i love it. I think it's a disgrace that any kind of "gamey porn game" collection misses it because what else you want from a company management game. You genuinely have to manage a company which you can automate eventually and focus to mold lots of women to your liking, has lots of variable you can affect through kindness/assholness OR through serums you produce. Or combination thereof.

Some people hate the graphics, others hate the overwhelming initial steps when you will have tons of numbers and data and have no idea what those means or what to do. The biggest issue is that sex is really just the woman posing on screen. Sextalk makes up for that.

One has to play it to see what i mean with this to see if this is a dealbreaker or not.

But it's a tychoon game essentially with lots of porn with women you can "modify" to an extent. (Much larger extent than any other VN could ever offer) but this comes with the price that there are some clipping issues, it isn't really animated and aforementioned only the woman is seen on screen.

Probably some mixture of hideous models with bad anatomy, terrible lighting, terrible camera angles.
Daz models limiting the devs ability to be creative, you only have models someone else made to use vs unlimited creativity of 2d art.
No gameplay or interactivity VN's, grindy or poorly guided progression.
Ancient game design where you're given a choice to peek someones ass or while they shower for 1+ corruption points.
Themes like every women, who looks like a skeleton wearing skinsuit, existing for the sake of being part of mc's harem collectathon, and since the dev can't write for shit they just keep adding more girls to collect so they don't have to build up existing characters relationships.

Ultimately its lowest common denominator bs, thanks to the nature of things these games can push out more mediocre content than other types of games and people go "sweet, more slop".

And, at least last time I tried it, tons of insidious coding errors.

What is also the reason why really few games like this exists, while most attempt are abandoned. It need to be fully planed beforehand and have the code mechanism carefully tested before the first release, else you quickly loose control of everything.
But, as you know, it's not how most devs works. And all the good will in the world can't force them to correct their code, or take the time to learn how to handle this in a better way.

I can't speak for every game on that image, but I played Being a Dik and just don't understand the hype. The story doesn't really go anywhere, and the minigames are just pointless in terms of actually delivering a story.

I've seen quite a few other that are extremely similar, maybe a even a little better from time to time, but this one has wildly more success.
