here is my unofficial Android port of Bad Hero Xmas 2023 v1.3.3p.
you can toggle the state of the “Incest Patch” in preferences while in the main menu.
from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

In the last Update I played, the animations weren't working, it was basically skipping through the sex scenes! I hope they have this fixed!

This may have already been explained on this thread. Any version that is vX.X.1 has no animations; there are some added if it's vX.X.2; more still if it's vX.X.3; and full animations in vX.X.4. If the previous version you had ended in .1 you wouldn't have had a version with any animations. That's XLab's versioning scheme.

Although, TBH, it's more like someone leaked* the unanimated version here, whereas previously the versions leaked* over here have generally been the X.X.4 ones.
*Might have also been provided by XLab; I'm never really sure for this game which happens.
