I read the changelog before downloading and if i have to shout to people. Is at me first. Why all the time i expect this is not clearly here? I think i need a specialist.

Please understand me. I'm not whining right now. But I do question myself very seriously on certain developer decisions. I know for a majority is a hobby and not a career.
Why posting an update without any new content? I have juste waste 1.68Go of data. For people with limited downloads is a lot. I understand the uploader have not, all the time, the possibility to know if new content is here or not. Asking for a tag to advise about it is not reasonable. If me i'm not sure about new content after reading the changelog. I do not ask this to other.
I do not understand why i have to downloads 1.68Go of data for nothing if only have for 3MB of new data? (is a theoric example i target anyone) I love my planet and all type of waste make me sick. Include numeric data.
Why developper rework two or three time is game and add any new content passed a year? Is ok correct is mistake. But is possible to do it in background and develop the story in the same time? Is like if people wait for add a new bedroom and the work and time go to change the color of the bathroom wall.
I simply do not understand?
I have no reason to complain for the price charged. I have only the right to say thanks you. Corrections and modifications should not be given priority. Why put energy on secondary plot and let the main story stagnate for months? I see any logic.
I am not targeting Xlab or any other developer in particular. I am simply noticing a trend that is starting to seriously annoy me.
I don't know why I'm going crazy. Do I have a growing tooth? Anyway, me too i do my part to waste data with this message.
