Well, I was being a bit hyperbolic (there probably haven't been 100 updates in total so far, even). But I guess I'm mostly meaning that he's so minor that he's almost completely forgettable after a certain point, having disappeared into the background and decided he wants the crotchety hag that used to be guardian of the MC's daughters.
It would, although I really don't think it would be helpful in this game's case. The tag isn't on this game now, and it wouldn't be on the game under the new system, either. This MC doesn't really do "harem"; he basically just bangs whomever he wants to once he manages to manipulate them into accepting. This has much closer to brothel-types of relationships (some girls are even actual prostitutes) than to a harem. I can't see how this would be tagged differently under the new system — meaning as far as harem goes; I'm not gonna pore through the new list to see what other tag changes there could be.
Have you played this game? I never encountered a single paywall, no idea what your on about.
If you look at the script files around 1/3 of each sex scene is commented out and under a "hardcore" flag condition. And those images and animations aren't even in the game files, so yeah, there is a patreon exclusive version that we don't get
