Is no one going to answer my question about the language? I mean if it’s not possible that’s fine I’ll just redownload it but it would seem that people have just been scrolling right past my question. And I would very much like to play this game. Can’t do that if I can’t change the language to English so I can read it...

Just click start game the top option and the game will be in english from then on
Edit: You should see two flags on the title screen by "Part 1" (see spoiler) select the British flag.

ep 7 and 0.7 are the same except you can choose the language in the main menu and there are a few more scenes and endings.
