Same here, looks like a game bug to me, but I could be wrong.
I just solved it entering the basement door at around 22 to find Cassandra discussing with Martha.
The game end up afer a you invite Cassandra to your office, few steps later anyway

Guys, what i need to do in ch.12. when i can't have sex with belle because girls are jealous and i can't get something for them because martha is always in her room, but game says, that i should go there when she's out?

You have to wait until the end of the day and go to Martha's room in the evening.
That's strange... Earlier I repeatedly go in her room in different times and nothing happened, but now it worked Oo Thanks

During Ch 8 when I give the 1001 ways to win cards book to Genie I get this
My guess is line 16854 in /game/11_proj/init_TDialogStrings.rpy is the problem. It's interpreting the subtraction as an attribute, maybe?
