Keeps people wanting more and makes them suffer...and thats what recreation feeds on.
Why I cant see any dreams's momory scen with images, I can't see anethink about, why she hate her step mother, what happened when she was with her sister, i can'd do any of the choise to rembere her name when we came back in the city. I can't propry have other choise, like say her name or smamthink. I would like see other choise beside only say "Hi", With her mother I wont say her "get lost."

Well this is actually understandable
To you questions:
MC isn't unable to remember the past, he/she just blocked certain memories.
The thing is that you see things differently as a kid. Kids don't automatically know that something is bad until someone tells them. On the other hand, if a kid notices something bad, but get's told that it isn't bad all the time, he/she will start to believe it and only over time realize what really happened.
There's also the fact that a lot of time has passed since. If you have a car crash now, it can be horrible and the worst thing you've ever seen, but in a few years you might remember it as "just" a crash, because all the details get blurred and memories and awareness of things tend to change over time.
There are no pictures because especially the first few dreams and the last dreams are a bit heavy, and only showing pictures for the not so heavy dreams wouldn't make sense, and would be inconsistent.
MC can remember Ellies name, he/she simply doesn't realize that it's her in that moment. Ellie was still a Kid when MC left, now she's a young woman.
There are more choices later in the game, more choices I actually wanted to include when I started this game^^
