Unfortunately no, on patreon and subscribestar post only for paid subscribers (7 April), in discord and Steam silence.
And it doesn't look like any of the subscribers will share the news here.
There is no way to know exactly how much he makes from this one game.
It has been on Steam for 4 years as well and sold 10k-20k copies according to the analytics.

I doubt a bit that recreation will include pregnancy in this game.
As you can play a female MC, and in that case, it's a pure lesbian path. And it won't fit well on that route.
So unless, he create some exclusive contents for the male MC (and not just some sightly adjustments between the male and female MC route), I don't think there will be pregnancy in BM.

No dev will not do translate for your need. It's a waste of time. You can do your own translation or wait that someone will come to mind.

as for russian/ukranian language it's rare thing unless devs are from that area or were born there, you can try to get game translated by requesting translation mod here https://f95zone.to/forums/mods.41/

This game is on Steam, pay once and you'll get all the updates until completion. The price is like $6 or so. Sounds like a pittance to me.
About the language - all hope for the community (cxx pointed out where to ask), some fan of the game can make it. The developer will definitely not do it and it is useless to demand it from him.
