Our Red String (ORS) has a male and female in the game at the same time... only they fall for each other and it switches between the two. I could see it being done with a lesbian, just they don't fall for each other (or maybe he converts her? Hmmm... heheh) Personally, I prefer just one MC.

games with muli protagonist can be good but have to be done rigt and alot of devs don do it right prefer this style where you play who you want to play

If you are loading a older save (Like I did), I just hit skip and it maybe skipped a line of dialogue of them in the kitchen but nothing serious and worked fine after that.

You can't convert a lesbian lol

Also this VN has ONE MC, you just get to choose at the start if you want to play as male or female
