Simple, if you play as a male MC then it's male domination (gender), vice-versa for female. Don't overthink it bud.

That should be fairly simple... If you play as Female it would be Female Dom, and of course if as a male Male Dom...

Yes and no, there are a lot of games but there are very few of quality (imo) and luckily this is the top 3 for me

Different people have different personal standards. If that were me, I would pause the Patron. I wouldn't take money from people for work that I am not doing (or am doing very slowly) for whatever reason.
I would want to be funded for my work. I would rather not be funded for my life where -- when I otherwise have the time to do so, and don't have other things to do -- deliver content.
For some reason all my saves for the female protag became male protag when I started playing so I had to restart the FP playthrough, slight annoyance but not too big a deal.

maybe he really needed the money, plus it's not like he wasn't working, he released an update of his other game and shared occasional renders, besides he was working on the update of this game, just slower, there's not much point in pausing donations unless you have writer's block, another thing would be just charging for updates, but that's another topic

I can't believe junk releases (aka untested buggy beta) get downloaded by anyone at all and the fact that the mods removed the old stable version of the game for whatever dumb reason even though they don't do that for a lot of other games. So anyone new to this game wanting to play is either forced to wait or play the junk release.
Don't download the beta. It's like eating an uncooked meal. Just wait for official.

Game betas/alphas are like eating raw chicken. That will make you sick and if you get salmonella, things can go even worse. Can't even compare to sushi/sashimi.
