Graphic novel = small images = renders in probably less than a minute, zero coding
Visual Novel = big images + animations = hours upon hours of rendering + involves coding
^Apples and Oranges.
+ I do this mostly for fun as well, but I happen to have a life outside of working and developing.

You should delete your Steam, Patreon, Subscribestar, and Itch.io accounts if all your work as a dev is just for fun.

depends how bad off topic it is/was, punishments arei from deletion of post to thread ban for a while aka can see but not write (few days to month, perma thread ban (or whole F95) if spammimg off topic alot.
also depends if post(s) get reported or mods/thread owner see it.

If true, then that's either an entirely different engine, or it's just screenshots made in sims4 for example. Otherwise it's impossible to crank out that many renders in such a short time, especially if you want some quality in there...

Hey now, paying exorbitant amount of money for a render farm is also an option

for some reason only the compressed version works for me so thank you, the OG version when I try to start it nothing happen (I'm using Linux) I don't know if there is something wrong with the Bad-Memories.sh or if it is my machine but other games on this site works fine for me

I've obviously no idea if this helps, but...
It's rare but for some games you have to chown a file, I don't remember if I had to do it for this one or not. It's not the usual executable, but for my Steam version it would be "/Where_ever_Your_Games_are/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Bad Memories/lib/py3-linux-x86_64/Bad-Memories"
If you start the game from a terminal, you should see if you get a permission error for the file.
TLDR: open a terminal, change directory to where the file mentioned above is, then type chown user:user Bad-Memories and see if that helps. Replace user:user with your username.

My guess is the .sh is not marked as executeable.
you can change it in terminal, in the Bad memories folder:
chmod +x Bad-Memories.sh
and also set the executeable itself as executeable:
chmod +x lib/py3-linux-x86_64/Bad-Memories
You can also do the same thing from the file browser. Right click on the file -> properties -> Permissions -> Allow this file to run as a program
The terminal is quicker though in my experience

interesting game. not been playing long but I do feel (at least at the start) the days are just flying by.
Got a question about the gallery though. Are they in order of the game or take up random spots?
What I mean is that I have no.s 2,3,4 &6 but no.1 is missing. I can't see how as there are few choices at the start...unless it's off of the best route.
Does the hotel receptionist come back in? There was some comment about the MC saying something when she gets fired but I didn't see any way to step in....did I miss something.
