The beta is available since one or two days ago.
It simply has not been shared here yet. I don't think the best games get their betas shared, since we're all patiently waiting for the full releases for those. Quality over quantity

No, Steam gets the full release when it is out of BETA
The Beta testers pay $10US as a monthly subscription to be able to Beta test
Steam is the best place to get this VN (IMO) unless you want the special perks of higher sub tiers.

There is nothing about March on page 545. The last the developer stated was about a week ago:
recreation: If everything goes well (which is something I can't really be sure of atm), the beta will start next week.
Which some may think meant the coming week following that statement or it could mean the week after that (which is the week we're coming into). Either way, it should be noted that it was qualified on things going well and that he couldn't "really be sure."
And there is nothing in recreation's posts here that say anything about March.

That's what was said, and your interpretation is correct; also it should be noted that the 0.8beta was posted on Discord for paying subscibers on 2023-03-31 ... as mentioned on 2023-04-02 Here: in Post #11,016 / Page: 111
Also, to add to Count Morado 's PS about posts: Page numbers are meaningless ... use links ... I am on page 111, how long do I have to wait for page 545?
