I always wondered if the order of locations had any significant effects. There's been so many times when the map comes up that I click on the school for example and it just says like 'you have nothing to do here' and dumps you back at the map with the school greyed out, but i've never had the patiences to go back and forth experimenting to see if something triggers.
Can I ask a question: Are there blood related between Main Character and Rachel_( Ellie's mother ) ?

No. The protagonist's biological mother is gone(IIRC she died) and their father then got remarried to Rachel, so she's the MC's step-mother which makes Ellie their half-sister, (same father as MC, so a blood relative, but different mother)

I've added the VN tag again, not sure who removed it or why.
Also BM is clearly not a sandbox game, but since there have been some people very annoyed by the (completely optional and usually straight forward) freeroam parts, I'll leave the tag until we have something more fitting.

I don't know what people expect. Most games that have free roam sections no matter how small get the sandbox tag because there is no free roam tag yet.
I really enjoyed that one. I liked how the MC can be a girl and it becomes a different-ish game. very nice touch!

agree, if anything should be added to represent freeroam sections here - "point & click" tag fits better, otherwise there will be horde of sandbox lovers whining about lack of proper "gameplay"
