Well I was doing a playthrough where I completely ignore everyone else except Ellie cuz the game just wants you to fuck her and be good with it as there's no choice to avoid her (I always try a playthrough in every VN I play where my characters completely rejects the advances from women and neither try to romance/corrupt them, or is just a morally saint guy).. Ig the dev didn't thought anyone would actually try this in their game that's why this glitch happend.. I will try to give ya the save file and try the mod myself too

I played the game the way you said
and it's true that this wasn't planned or didnt think about it.
I was able to solve it easily by simply giving Hannah 100 points with the "mod"

Katherine liked it, yes, but MC didn't ask her for consent or anything of the sort, and he only discovers that she could have kicked his ass after having assaulted her. The only "consent" she gives is that she doesn't tell him to stop (but that hardly counts, sitting still and taking it silently isn't consent).

How do you imagine it? "Hey, I want to teach you a lesson because you're acting like a bitch, may I have your consent?" Her reaction determined how their relationship went forward. Plus, it all depends on player. I don't recall you can harrass her with no choice.

Nowadays people call everything bullying, don't pay attention to them, I don't approve of bullying in real life but this is a game and the MC is far from hurting anyone.

Even if we put this aside, you don't need to go full dom on Katherine to stay on her route. So again, this "MC sexually assaults 2 LIs in this game to stay on their routes." thing sounds weird to me. First time we act like an ass with her as intended. Second time she goes down on MC herself. Third time I've returned the favor, and then you can be nice to her and it works to keep her close. So I really don't understand what was that about.

I play as Jill, and even then that scene was really uncomfortable. And hot at the same time. It can be both. It definitely counts as sexual assault though

I'm not your guy in any way. I've replayed that scene. And wow - surprise, suprise! - MC and Rachel just talking. And during the talk MC notices her acting weird, then notices she's blushing, then notices the smell. I wonder where that could lead in a porn game... hm. And - wow, call Santa, that's a miracle! - you have a choice to touch Katherine or not. So, you literaly blame the game for your choice, am I right or am I right?

Never heard of it and read about it a bit now.... sounds well.... brutal? I might give it a go at some point just to see how bad it is, not sure i will finish it if is too extreme.
Now speaking of the rest, the scenes with Kat, at first glance it might look like sexual assault, but digging a bit deeper, is not, or well not really. I admit i played just from female perspective so idk how the male one differs... but, imo is borderline to the assault point, Kat could always stop all that and i mean physically not only verbally. But again, this is my own opinion, is how i see it unfolding.
