I'm so confused, first time this has ever happen to me.....it literally just refuses to open
Sometimes these games (RenPY ones) choose the wrong render engine.
Start the game while holding down the Shift key.
Select one of the 'Angle...' render engines at the upper right.
Quit that and restart the game. A lot of times that will work, particularly if you have an older PC.
Good Luck!! :>)

Why does everyone think 1.0 comes after 0.9? It's not a percentage. 0.10 comes after 0.9 all the time. Notice Being A Dik at 0.11? Anyone on this site for years should know that.
I was of the impression that Rec said previously there's only a couple of updates left to wrap it

Wouldn't 0.1.1 be more common? And easier to understand, imo.
That's totally different, assuming you use the numbering scheme accepted by most people these days.

0.1.1 would be a patch update to 0.1
0.11 is a major update

You know that the game has problems when, instead of discussing the game itself, people start discussing how to properly name updates.

Each developer means his games as he wants. But in most games, the 0.11 version is the first version plus the amendment.

The majority of devs use a form of semantic versioning.

What exactly is considered a Major and Minor update varies though. Some only consider the first complete version of the game as v1.0.0, whereas others consider large updates to be major releases and might finish the game on something like v12.0.2 instead.

But as pointed out, v0.9 doesn't mean the game is 90% done.

Which is what I was trying to say.
0.11 would normally be a (much) later release than 0.1 Each could have a further .1 to indicate a patch, e.g 0.11.1. Or did I miss something?
Not everyone does it this way, as has been mentioned, but it seems pretty common.

People are the problem. Who gives a fuck about the version number when the real questions should be: “are we finally going to fuck kathie”, or “when are we going to get the real 4-way with Ellie Rachel and Jada”?

Exactly these questions make it impossible to finish the game, I'm sure. No one has the self-control to make such hot scenes.

Such a well-created story can't die like this. It's been almost a year since we've had any updates. What's going on? I wouldn't like this story to be lost...
