Never tried harem route, but since sister is forced upon you idk how the dev gonna handle endings.
Hopefully you can dump her eventually otherwise you basically trapped in relationship with her.
The convo you have when you look for her after she run's away kinda hint at the fact you can finally stop this thing but later MC still kisses her.
I still remember when the game had a gameover if you rejected her when she jumps you at night, dev removed that choice now so you can't reject her and that fine but i hope we get more definitive choice in the future to be just siblings.
I personally don't care for her in that way and she kinda ruins any other relationship by just existing, she is nice but i prefer Rachel.

You can reject literally everyone beside the sister, on my playtrough i only slept with Rachel personally.

Hell you can help that coworker girl, reject sex with her girlfriend and help her GF by getting her vacation so they can bang more, i really like that its an option and if you don't get cafe girl number you never meet her again ever, you can go and drink coffee but its just become generic scene, a lot of stuff in this game is optional, but not the sister, i just don't like that, the game called "Bad Memories" not "how i banged my sister", i like the story and how you mend relationship with the family and stuff, since the game is not a forced harem the sister situation feels cagey af for me personally.

It worked, but there's a bug: the save resumes at the last one with Rachel in the kitchen, and the cutscene plays continuously. :/
