Well, MC could stop her earlier if he/she wanted to, but I simply decided not to give that option to the player earlier than at the point it is. It's the same with the game over, people wanted to have a choice to not get lewd with her, so I added an option...
Also I'd be totally fine if my gf wakes me up like that, like most people would be, and Ellie is obviously a LI in this game...
With all of that being said, there's a fine line between making people aware of wrongs and being a Caren, no offense, but you stepped over that line here.
Added to OP.
I love how stating obvious facts makes someone a karen, by legal defention and the defention of the word what happened in that scence was factually rape. you can't deny it and say it's an opinion, that's like saying a basketball going into a hoop isn't a basket, it has 0 basis in reality. It's also funny how you go to the usual defense of male rape saying "He liked it like most people would if a LI did that," na bruh if i have a crush on someone and they do that they're getting a restraining order. Also i don't see how i'm the karen when you're the one who was worried about a rape tag yet denied the other rape just cause it was a man. Listen i got no problem with the scence happening but denying that it's rape just cause it's a man is completely offensive and i'm 100% Ant SJW as they come

What the fuck is so hard to understand about the mc liking it? Would yell at your gf/wife "RAAAPE!" when she want's to surprise you with some fun in the morning? The MC enjoys it, end of the story!
What the hell is wrong with people nowadays?

I mean enjoying it doesn't mean much, Tons of rape cause a women/man to feel pleasure it's not uncommon. So if you're saying that's not rape then you're denying 10 percent of all rape. Also if i recall the Mc and the girl weren't even together or anything so the wife/gf thing falls flat.

Wow, what complete BS... "Oh yes, it was great, we had so much fun, but I didn't say I agree, so it was rape."
It's because of people like you that fewer and fewer men engage with women because they have to fear being called rapist even for just touching their gf.
I guess it's best if everyone in any kind of relationship signs a contract about when it's okay to touch each other...

Seriously! If you ever crossed the thin line into being a Karen, that line is now far beyond the horizon and you're so deep into Karenland now that you're eligible to apply for a Karenland green card next week.

The underlined part illustrates why you're acting like a Karen. Recreation hasn't said anywhere that it's not rape if it's done to a man, his point is that the MC may decide if he or she likes it or not and calls the police, social services, the local superhero squad, pest control or the delta force.... or not! Honestly, that's not really the hill I want to die on but yeeeesh at least attack his actual words if you must... He's not obligated to leave the choice to the player and demanding to get a choice is Karen behaviour.

Very off topic but that would be a hilarious thing in a shitposty game. The MC wakes up, goes yelling at the LI and a forced single-choice menu comes up: "Call the police." Then the police kicks in the front door, runs in and shoots and kills the LI. Way to get those nasty forced LIs out of the way. :WeSmart:

I guess it's best if everyone in any kind of relationship signs a contract about when it's okay to touch each other...
Those can be quite kinky. Just look up "BDSM contract" or "slave contract." :sneaky:

Then MC sees the corpse and goes like "Noooo, what have I done?" hugs her, and the police is like "Hey, he's raping her corpse!" and shoots him too...

I know them, but that's certainly not what I meant^^

Ok, so now my head is in a lawyer's conference room with two parties and their counsellors negotiating "the contract" ...

just to let everyone know, i'm not whining about "Fanasty porn" i was talkinng about the fact that people were saying that it isn't rape, i love rape fanasty and others but if you don't even classify it as rape even if it's fictional that's when it becomes problematic. It's like having an NTR scence and not calling it NTR, but that wouldn't matter since it's fictional right? I also clearly had no problem with the actual scence and only with the creator talking about rape without mentioning it, along with the fact that you can't reject her or you get a game over.

"Obvious facts" except that no...that's actually not, by definition, rape. Particularly not by legal definition. What happened in that scene is could be classifiable as sexual assault, which is any non-consensual sex act. Rape is a very particular kind of sexual assault in that it specifically involves penetration of the victim.

Further, even if you're going ascribe it to being sexual assault, it still does not qualify as an "obvious fact" because there is actually quite a bit of legal gray area around such things with people in a relationship. The term is "implied consent," and without it 99% of people in relationships would be guilty of sexual assault at some point.

Walk up behind your significant other and grab their butt? Without implied consent, that's assault. Kiss on the neck while they're washing dishes? Without implied consent, that's sexual assault. I hate to break with popular narratives, but the topics of rape and sexual assault are not always as black and white as people want to believe.

this is true...and things have become quite a bit grey with recent politics. Either way, MC didn't say "no" right? It's been a while since I played, but I don't recall that. Not rape.
