in my first playthrough i didn't even know there was a scene with her, then i checked the gallery and saw that there was a missing scene, so i loaded a save from before the party and eventually got the option to go to the bathroom w/ her yeah i don't know, i wanted to see both alternatives, but ended up with the sameare u serious?and why in the heck if u already choose the alternate still got the shemale?

Yes and no, it won't break the game and will highlight pre-1.0.8 choices but you won't be able to play beyond where 1.0.7 ended
That would require the dev to know about the bugs, they may not occur on their PC and, since they haven't posted here in nearly a year, it's fair to assume they haven't seen the reports being made on F95
