Incest with her offspring has been discussed many times on Discord, and I can say that it is surely planned, but still at a fairly rough WIP stage.
Screwthename dont know if thes bugs was reportaed ( v0.12 on gamcore ) :
1) if will fighting Hvitstrom "use Bimbofication on Illonia while she uses Tease on Hvitstrom" but he kill Lothar the it stake ( in a loop of Illonia suck Hvitstrom )
2) in the Walkthrough " Illonia automatically loses 1EP if she's in a sex scene without Lothar (after a defeat, a surrender, or if you let her fuck someone else) " but "Male Bandit Post-Battle Sex-Scene" ( the mmf with Lothar ) still give -1

Someone else has uploaded the game to Gamcore, those bugs may or may not happen if you download the game from here.
i know , but most of the time is be the same bug . the first 1 is just game logic dont have a brake \ game over of thet ( 1 dead , 1 cc , enemy cc . waiting for story to contime but cant , so game loop turns waiting for something thet will not show up )

And for the second, it's not super clear indeed, but it's not specially "without lothar" rather than "with someone else". ANd even there there can be exception here and there, due to how I made the stat progress in the early days xD
But yeah, those bugs are complelty coming from my side, not the upload ^^

Okay, I see why you have this bug. It happens if you are on the cliffs in the goblin camp map, and use fast travel to leave. I'll have to fix it, it's a very painful bug indeed !

Once you've finished the main story arc (the lewd crest quest), go back to waldkeep, and talk to desiderius. The scene should automatically play. And from there you can repeat it by interacting with the new milking stand, near the tower ^^

I'll do a more complete dev blog about it later this month, but here's a quick summary of my plans :

0.14 : Adding a lot of standalone sex scenes. All the ones that have beenvoted by my supporters and I'veleft a bit on the side for the moment.
0.15 : Back to work on the pregnancy content, with the other girls able to be pregnant.
So yeah, here's the overall idea for it !

While I would love to say, yes, we can have her bigger, the problem is that doing so mean redoing a shit ton ofpictures, as well as a lot of code to implement it correctly. For the moment, I'm gonna stay with one pregnancy shape, it already took me 2 updates and 6 month of work to have it fully implemented ^^' Later on, maybe, but no promises. And I might do some hyperpreg content, with a very big belly, but this will be more scripted and she'll have to stay in place, so I do'nt have to redo all the scenes and all for this version.
Having multiples babies will be possible, like twin or triplets, but won't have a visible difference on Illonia's body. I'll focus on that in the kids update.
you dont need to make illonia belly bigger while she's pregnant, but maybe illonia can get a bigger cumflated belly by lothar? like the ogre scene
