It's not the most intuitive. Do the undercover cops questline at night. That opens up quests all over the place. Following that, you'll need to do 2 quests from the priest and it'll unlock the ability to propose when talking to your partner.
I did the first one, of convincing the hotel owner to help, but can't find anyone to help with second one, who do I have to talk to?
I think it's better to try and make an unlocker than play this thing to completion, the game is so buggy and convoluted. I somehow unlocked a cg for Finn's route while on Moocha's route.
I just want to go on dates and not have to work.By using cheats you're risking to skip about 98% of the game - from which 78% is boring repetitive grind and 20% is boring repetitive quests (with many of them being locked behind aforementioned grind and some being buggy or simply broken).Bought this years ago when I finished Seiyuu Danshi--didn't try playing it 'til today. I used the console to edit money in Seiyuu Danshi, but it's not working here.

You need to upgrade your farm level and then build the resting spot on the second floor.
You have to upgrade the ranch and build a resting area in the second floor. To upgrade you click the button on the top left of the ranch screen.
