He probably won't. He retired because the stress from working on these videos plus having a regular job and having to hide these videos from his family was taking a toll on him, from what I heard.

Also I think he's from China and if they catch you making stuff like this there can be serious punishments especially if you sell the animations. Thing is, the authorities don't give a shit if you're the one selling them or not. I heard some chinese animators had to retire and nuke everything because people were intentionally stealing their videos and reselling them in an attempt to get the creators arrested.

He popped up with some pictures of mmd model in his discord sometimes, so I think there's still a faint possibility that he may return and I said WISH. What you said is right but it's not that serious.

I can understand the friends waiting for he/she to come back.
The videos have been viewed more than a million times. in total
it could have continued if its content hadn't been stolen and had more support
