Alright, i checked your file and the problem is: You missed to start the dates with Kim in the 'Fox'. This should start arround day 70 if i remember right.
I will make a fix for this but i can't tell how long this may take.
I will try to provide a proper save soon file for you to start at the point where the problem showed up.

Well, I remember this problem and it was fixed before. So maybe you didn't use the fix, or something else went wrong.
After chapter 5 starts ist takes 1 week until Val is drunk and has sex with MC (friday).
Then it takes some Days until Val is back in kitchen for dinner (tuesday). If you left the house instead of talking to her the chance was missed without the fix i made.

That may help you now:

At afternoon!

Open Console (Shift + O)

Type: valcd

I guess its not 4

Type:
valcd = 4

Play on. Now Val is in kitchen and talks to MC.
Let me know if that helps.

Okay, here is a savefile for you.

MC has your chosen name and the NTR settings are the same you did choose!
All you have to do is to load it, play on, and go to the Fox (After you payed the bitches!)
I used this save and played the whole chapter without any troubles.
Remember to read the dialoges and follow the hints!

Save early and often because soon there will be some options you might want to test

Yes, if you set all to no, there is no sharing. But you also miss threesomes with other women in the swinger club later!
So maybe you might set "yes" for FMF.
Before the swingerclub shows up, there are no opportunities for 3somes.
BTW: Sharing settings can be changed later.

Of course, it matters what you choose, because it means that the content is adapted to your preferences. This way you should not experience any unwanted scenes.
That's why I also recommend that you always create a save file so that you can try out the other path.
I assume that you are mainly interested in the NTR settings. So far, these only affect the swingers' club, which is of little importance for the story. At a later point this might play a role when MC and Val try to act in porn (will be optional).
Side plots will be started there in the future, but I will create a way to go to the club without swapping partners.
But you can change these settings later!
However, I highly recommend FMF!
If you don't choose fmf , you still can have sex with other women but Val will watch .

the new content starts on Monday or Wednesday afternoon in Vals room.
She sorts out her clothes and MC finds BDSM toys.
Then you can choose your options and once you talk about going to the club at dinner, Maledom/Switcher friends can choose if you want to go to the BDSM room in the club.
Femdom-related events (including switcher) happen at home after 5 days if you are at home then. When the countdown is down, Val will take the next best opportunity in the late evening or at night.

If you refuse BDSM games, there is no new content, except for the many new scenes in the gang hideouts living room.

Well, didn't you see the bdsm scenes at home/in the club? If you did decline all bdsm stuff, the only new stuff in 012c will be the living room events in the hideout.
There isn't much more in this version because all the living rooms scenes and the bdsm stuff were effortful.
