Sell some of you Charm to Landlady. The Rep bar tops you off at 10 Charm Points max in the begining. If you raise your rep that max goes up. I think anything in excess of say eight or ten you could safely sell off to Landlady, get some cash and still play with honey's. You can freely sell in the cell phone app. At some point when it makes sense in the story you'll be able to sell off Dark too. About her hair, if it isn't toooo diferent the size, maybe if u design a narrative where Mallorie experiments with a rare, exotic plant extract known for its hair-transforming properties. The uneven growth could be a consequence of the plant's unpredictable effects. I mean, since she smokes... don't knowI didn't know I liked Tsundere or even what it was until I "found/wrote" Mallorie. I was messing with her hair last night and a new street outfit. I switched her hair up to like a 40's pin up goth style and she looks A-f'n-mazing. Yeah, I've got that Nerd Harem germinating in my head for sure with D&D, Cosplay, video games, etc. Have a couple of other girls in mind who might join in too. I'd say extension if it's not absurd looking with it, you can put some time skip also though I'm not sure if it's feasible for the story. If you are thinking changing her hair too much, you can say her hair grow quicker than others. Once I knew a guy who have that problem or perk depends on your view, his hair was growing twice faster than mine.
