I don't even know if that is the only way. I played the game once (no save-cheating) and got the MASH ending. Sadie really gives you a lot of chances to romance her, she seems slightly desperate
.As for M, yes, it really feels bad for you (and the MC) when she discovers you've been involved with a harem while telling her you loved her... but for some weird reason it works out for MASH. Didn't expect her to be the type of girl for a harem, but here we are.
I've only done a Mora path so far, might do a Sadie only path, just to see. Because she seems so sad when you don't reciprocate her feelings. But, Mora... Is best girl in my opinion. Then Athena. I just don't want to be THAT asshole who breaks her and Heidi up. I did start a save for an Athena solo, but, deleted it.

I tend to be a completionist, and Athena is my jam, so I did her solo first ... and for that reason (since it's already past the worse part) I'll see it to the end. But not touching a Heidi solo run. the H/S path is interesting -- no breakup, but no Athena either, not 100% sure what's happening there. Also have a Zenda and Val (attempt-have to fix) save waiting for the final chapter.
But to be honest, I'm all about M*A*S*H, so not making that my main play feels like a betrayal on two fronts. (I still didn't name the MC Hawkeye though ... but considering what happens if you name him Shelby, I think I should try it.)

Honestly this is the only game I've played where I've changed my favourite girl multiple times.
In other games it might happen like once, near the start when you don't know them. Here it happened in every chapter.
After ch1 Val intrigued me, cause I guessed she wanted to get pregnant from you.
After ch2 I was all over Athena because of her attitude.
After ch3 Sadie was best girl because you're her fetish lol.
After ch4 I adore Zenda, cause she has the sweetest and most loving path.
Zenda is criminally underrated.

I actually like Zenda's story, and I'm looking forward to seeing the end of it. But to be honest, I don't see how the MC ever says yes to the initial offer: "Let me make you fabulous and show you off to the world (while I'm in Witness Protection 'cause my dad and I saw a murder and terrified I'll accidentally give away who I am under normal circumstances)."
Of the ... I think it's 10 or 11 paths? ... the only ones I'm not a fan of is breaking up the Bobbsey Twins for their solo paths. (I'm going to finish Athena, since I already witnessed the carnage and am a completionist, but not even touching Heidi's)

These previews are confusing. How will these events occur if MC is shot dead in the first few renders of Ch. 5? I can't envision that the devs would mislead the players with the Ch. 4 ending cliffhanger, that would make them untrustworthy as storytellers! If MC doesn't die, then how can we trust that there will be a MASH harem ending? Or that any of this is real? Am I even alive, or is this all just a simulation? Nothing is real, nothing is as it seems!!

Simple Days by Mega Lono has both VN and animated sex scenes and not just normal porno pictures I know this game is VN but are the sex scenes also animated or are they just still porno pictures?

Not sure why you need to preface this question by promoting another game and dev with no apparent connection to this game, and doing so in a way that implied the promoted game was a superior game, even though the question implies that you've never even tried this game ...
