MC can't get pregnant, neither can Nicole, though she can get flagged as pregnant by the game, and there is only one ending variation where Athena gets knocked up that I remember.

I think that one only unlocks when you have the pregnant ending. You need to creampie Heidi early on in the game (I think it's when you go to dancing practice with her that you get the first opportunity).
