Is there anything different with the steam build of the game? I downloaded this a while ago on the 0.5 version and it seems like everything is finished.

The difference between Patreon/Itch 0.5 and 1.01 versions are bug fixes. Both are complete.
The current Steam version is 1.1.8s. It has all the bug fixes (many more than the above 1.01 release).
Steam version has the different soundtrack due to licensing issues. Better or worse is up to you to decide.
(Also mods don't work with Steam version, if that matters to you).
Honestly I've never really experienced any bugs in this game, so I guess I won't be upgrading. Just glad I'm not missing out on any extra content.

Anything I should watch out for? I've done every route in the game multiple times and I haven't seen any
Ah, well since I've played this game so much I don't really see anything outside of the routes. Basically have everything memorized at this point. Yet I still keep coming back because this game is absolute peak.
Forgive me for the AKTUALLY, but the current Steam version is 1.1.13s. I hope to have 1.1.14s out in the next little while.

My bad - I used an old post I'd used before (never even thought to look what the latest version number was).
After completing three runs (MASH, Val and Zenda) and looking at the gallery am I right in thinking that Athena can't be knocked up (and there's no CG of her pregnant either)?
If so, a shame, she was my favourite so I wanted to save her for last!

The only time that Athena can get pregnant is on the Heidi/Athena ending and it requires that you creampie Heidi before episode 5. It's one of the last renders of that ending though, so you don't get to see a pregnant Athena or a mini Athena sadly.
Bummer but thanks for the grab, not worth another playthrough for that!

If Athena is your favourite I still recommend trying one of her other paths/endings, as they are all different. Solo Athena, Heidi/Athena and Heidi/Athena/Mora.
