Looks like its just 1 file that goes up to Chapter 3. I just checked it out and the game is starting at the very beginning with the Chapter 3 file. Just grab the Chapter 3 file and you will be good to go.

Not going to play this release, think im going to wait and see if there is consistency in updates this time around, 16 months with out a single release is for a new title fare to long, and yes it's a new title compared to established titles.
