Looks like its just 1 file that goes up to Chapter 3. I just checked it out and the game is starting at the very beginning with the Chapter 3 file. Just grab the Chapter 3 file and you will be good to go.

Question on Chapter 3 steam version: Did they remove any incest or other options that the patreon version "may" have or is Chapter 3 including all the tags that Chapter 2 has?

Nope, it was one of the last things I did. Steam adds "extra steps" to the relationships but if you select "keep it short" in the beginning, it's the same as the itch/backer version.
Guess I'll have to replay it then. really enjoying the story and the whole spin that went on in chapter 2. I did NOT see that coming.
