With some yes, with others no. You can have multiple types of sex with at least 6 different women in just chapter 1. This is from memory of before this update, so I can only imagine it has expanded.

it have a lot of content so far and dnt worry no blue balls it have alot of complete sex scene already

5 min won’t tell much, Cloyd fuck/death scene takes more than five minutes for those who are up for content and story.
