Out of those so far you can only get Halle, and you have to buy her the swimsuit on day 2 to do that so if you aint cheating no katsumi.

You can get Halle and Katsumi, you just have to get the 10 bucks from Chiyo (20 tot), get the 10 bucks from selling your sperm to the nurse and steal the 20 from the old lady. Then you'll have around 50 dollars, however, if you do that, no tank top.
Hoping to get some legit Epic Lust shots with Halle and Nikki on Day 4, save the pendulum for an emergency.

You might be mistaking the nurse for the stewardess or Katsumi at the massage parlor. Currently it's: Day 1 the Stewardess (on the plane ride to the island), the threesome on the beach. Day 2: Nikki (sister) (need the pendulum or pheromones) and Katsumi at the Massage Parlor. By the librarian chick, I think he means, Frieda. You can't fuck the actual librarian yet. Also, you can't fuck the nurse yet, she only gives you a hand job. There is also a pornstar at the aunt's office that you can fuck. You need to get the Audacious headquarters pass from the aunts house first then visit the headquarters the next day and have a camera. She is an extra that you don't need to build up lust, kind of like the mermaid.
