Wasn't there a "post-game update" planned or i'm tripping, it was mentioned somewhere...
Also i think the non-ntr true ending is canon because mizuki went slut because of mark, same for honoka, but if the demon was banished mark should lose it's power
There was an update planned for Honoka, however, the Dev mentioned

that they're giving up on it "for now", because the sales for Honoka were not as high as they expected and the work for it (on top of their new project) could leave them bankrupt by the end of the year.
Whether that's true or not, who can say?
As for what's true or not about the ending.... No one knows. Honoka's lust mark was not given to her by Basara. The one who gives it to her dies near the end of the Final Dungeon, but there's no indication or talk of it being gone, and there's implications that the thing is permanent regardless of the caster's fate. Nothing is said about Mizuki's mark either after the defeat of the Demon Lord,
or more specifically, of the Star Monster that was trying to become a god that's the real source of it all.
Also, it's not explicitly stated that Mizuki went slut because of the Mark.
She pretended that this was the case to deceive the true monster behind Basara, but we don't know how much of her slutty behavior was because of the mark, and how much of it was because she got fucked around so much in her own story that she just became a slut.
Considering how many NTR-themed mini-stories the Dev added in his paid plans on ci-en, I'm personally inclined to believe that the Dev's intent is for the NTR stuff to be canon for both Mizuki and Honoka.
