Well according to the Dawn of War: Soulstorm game(It's cannon) the sisters have missionaries, confessors and other male members of the church aslong as they're not tag as "man-at-arms"

They are part of the Ecclesiarchy not the Sisters chapters, they only join them in the field during war they aren't considered part of their chapter.
