I also saw just pictures when i downloaded it but even then none of it included the newer content with Android 18 and Hatsu Miku.
Scene data im guessing for if you want to do the scenes youself in whichever of the games Bazzett uses - Koikatsu Sunshine/Party/etc. or Honey Select 1/2.
I believe they use a Koikatsu game for the scenes, but its works the same for both.
The pictures contain data that the games can read - so if its a character picture you can load them into the game and play around with them. Im guessing the scene data includes the same backgrounds and maybe actions? Not 100% sure on that.
Its a shame that Kem has been down and doesnt seem to be coming back anytime soon. Been on the lookout for any good alternatives myself as well, but sadly not found any yet. Neko still seems to work, but thats basically just Fantia stuff.

You put them in Userdata/Studio/scene and open in CharaStudio

This includes the Frieren under table foot job that never got posted on Kemono as well as the new Android 18 scenes, sadly it is only the boot version and not the barefoot version.
This download will give you more png images for the “game” that I don’t know how to access. I cherry picked some of the pngs I found in this download that have not been posted anywhere yet so if somebody can make these attached pngs into a video please share. Additionally this download will have other Bazett content. I found these links from a post on Isekaiexpress it required various .rar file extractions to get the links. These links will give you final rar files that can be extracted using an app (too large to share). I will attach some of the files I extracted already that hopefully somebody can turn into videos. Once again these png files I shared are the only ones of real value since this is the newest content I can’t find anywhere else.
