No matter how much I tried to enter the B2 node, the Pirates enemies don't spawn, so I went to farm them in the path to Captain Boss, but no matter how much I farm them, I haven't seen a single seashell. I'm level 9 already and 2k+ coins, doing 100 combo on every pirate enemy, but I haven't seen a seashell drop from them a single time. I like the game, but I really don't want to just start a new file because of that.
The pirates don't drop seashells! They did use to in earlier versions, but not anymore.
In the ocean, you'll sometimes see pink seashells attached to walls. If you click these, you'll get a Seashell item ^^
I'm sorry about this, I'll check the the walkthrough asap! I'll also see if I can make how to find more seashells more obvious.

edit: Weird, the walkthrough does mention how to find seashells in the ocean. Maybe you found an earlier version of it somehow?

It was "DemoWalkthrough3_05.zip" where I found it (the search for "seashell" keyword got me the pirate info). I found the archive on the itch.io page, so maybe it's outdated? Thanks for help regardless.

Hmm, I'm not sure how that happened then. I just tripled checked and the one you mentioned is the current one, which contains the right info.
" K. If you see any pink shells embedded in the wall in Sablee Ocean, click them to get a seashell item." is what comes up when looking up seashell for me

I'll keep an eye out for this issue!

How do enemies BE?
The BE is only for party members. However, at a certain point, you'll be able to revive enemies you've faced as party members, who you can then expand the breasts of. The revival mechanic is just something you'll encounter at some point, so you can't miss it.

Since the dev is active on this forum:

1. This game is full of charm and fun. I think you did a great job with worldbuilding, environment, and character design. Lewdness aside.
2. The incorporation of bullet hell gameplay is novel and interesting. However, I do feel like over time it feels more like an annoyance than an interesting part of the match-3 sections.
3. Some gameplay systems feel a bit too complex or unintuitive. Notably equipment / gearing up.
4. Not being able to save on the fly is very tedious. It can take a lot of time to return to a save point. The consumables you can purchase to warp back are a welcome tool, but at the same time I seem to be getting a pittance after clearing encounters so it seems a bit steep by comparison. Being able to "Quick Save" anywhere outside of story/combat sections would be a welcome change, even if the only "checkpoints" for a party wipe are at the designated checkpoints.
5. The amount of secrets / hidden features in the game are incredible. Lots of love is being poured into this project!

Genuinely a fun game, albeit a bit rough around some edges. Impressive work for what I assume is a solo project.

I'm on version 0.3.0.6 (I want to say it's the Feb 16 version).

Thank you so much!
There's definitely some work left to be done, especially when it comes to introducing some mechanics. I do have QoL plans such as updating the "?" button to better explain menus, in particular the equipment menus as you said. A quick save system is also planned!
When it comes to the combat system, I've heard both sides. I did recently get an idea for a toggleable setting that would make it more puzzle than action, but I can't make promises on that yet. Definitely worth looking into though.

Thank you again! ^^

I remember stumbling upon the Steam page for this a while back. Not to be rude (also forgive me if this has been asked recently and I didn't catch it) but is there even a tentative estimate of when this game will be completed or reach a "1.0" version? Is there a roadmap? This looks promising, so I just wanna know what the timeline for it looks like.

It's not rude at all!
But sadly, I don't have a release date in mind, no... It's very difficult to say given how big and unusual of a project it is, all I know is that it will take another few years before it's finished. At this point the vast majority of the main systems are in place and (minus some QoL) final. So for the most part, what's left is adding content within these systems. New characters, areas, quests, cutscenes, Shapes, items, dungeons, blocks, etc
At this exact moment the game is in a transitional state as I'm waiting on the next long term version of GameMaker to come out to continue development and have mainly been focusing on the art side of things in the meantime, as well as IRL stuff.
So it's difficult to say, but what I can say for sure is that I won't rest until the game is finished, and I make it a point to post a devlog every month (all centralized on patreon, but it's public so no need to subscribe or anything).
Hope that's ok! This is the best I've got currently ^^

So Tl;Dr, most of the backend is done or functionally done, and it's now a matter of perpetuating the cycle of making assets and putting them in place to continue the game up to the end, which is currently in a lower gear until GameMaker puts out a newer version.
