This is great for a first project! If i could give some small criticism, i'd say that while the itself is awesome, the animations feel a bit to slow and stiff, the thrusts could have some more *impact*, and it would be perfect!

I got a bone but can't click on a Dog.
I got a bikini, but cant give it to a topless lady.

Space, Z, Enter don't work there, but I got to talk with a Gnome (wants Lucky Coin)

SOLVED: You use MOUSE to click (multiple times) on somebody's legs or underneath them.
Sometimes you have to stand one step AWAY from the person you talk to. This doesn't work if you walk and keep spamming Z.

You gotta stand next to the pepole you wanna talk with, not in front of them.

No inspiration on that piece or series, all characters were done without any reference, but that illustration looks good.

No clue, first time seeing it, could be an issue with joyplay itself, but that seems to be a bad download.
(Edit: Tried playing it on joyplay and its working for me)
