Whilkst Id normally agree there is currently a game breaking bug with my save file that can only be fixed with the money reset cheat. This is even mentioned by the dev as the only fix. So i think if they acknowledge it and wont fix it then passing around the code shouldnt be an issue

This is indeed a known bug that is fixed with next version (1.10) that will be released publicly in two weeks. It happens when you hand over bandits to the prison. If you have a save before doing that, I would suggest to reload it and to not hand them over before being in version 1.10. If you don't have save, you can PM me or send me your save and I will fix it for you.
Heya! I don't seem to be able to trigger the talk with the octogal, I see the text but it doesn't let me click on it to trigger the conversation

For information, release 1.11.0 changelog is out. It will be released publicly here in a month.
If it's the first time doing that with her, it will unlock some things (nothing sexual at the moment though).
If you want some scenes with her, I would mostly suggest camping.
Nonetheless, it won't be a priority for now as the game is available with images online (itch), it would need a huge amont of work/rework, and lastly because I don't have Android devices to test that (though I could emulate one).

Yes, those options are not implemented yet. Nonetheless, if you're in Monbourg while trying to interract with her, there is another option that can appear (if not, you might try again, you have 1/3 chances) to go walk to the see with her, which is implemented.

There is another Minotaur in the tower of gods, with scenes (after seducing) you survive though

Yes, you can, but you don't have any sex scenes for that (yet)
I think the question above what is their a way to survive the currently existing sex scene with him
But seduction is indeed ready, for later scenes and content

The main content of this release are a new companion -the dragon -, making it possible to select labels in the new fight system, many new scenes in the trials to get the new companion, an evolution of the cheat panel (to add an option to fast forward all of Morya's quests, and to update yourself your adventurer points).
It also fixes the major issue regarding money when handing over bandits to the prison, among other bugs.

It is available as long as you completed the orphanage quest in Boloyam (the third city)
Afterwards, you can become pregnant after some of the sex scenes depending of few variables (fertility, choices, ...)

I am unable to enter the third city. Got promotion in Guild and reached lvl 20 in tower, as well as defeated the Minotaur.

About the third city, you should be able to find the quest that unlocks it every 3rd modulo 8 in game day at Morya's guild, once you've ended the herb collection quest (which is your case).
For example: day 3, 11, 19, 27, 35, 43...
If you are indeed promoted, you will be able to accept it.
