Yeah, I try to make it more consistent with the images, but again, AI sucks, it's terrible, and it's a pain to work with.
Starfire's images were made way before I tried to make a consistent style for all the images (It has a warning for those), and I still want to remake them, but again, not enough time.
AI doesnt suck.

Having consistent style is litterally picking an artist style lora from civit ai and adding it near the end of the promt.
For example, i was experimenting with Mittelt from DXD to make emotion sprites for her character card using Pony models on SDforge.
This is base model + character lora + perfect eyes lora results.

This is adding bleedman style lora at the end

And this is switching to one other artist

Finally this is using a mix of several style loras at small procentages (no more than 0.3) after some minor tinkering

Its very much IS possible to make both sfw and porn of any kind while keeping to certain styles or mixes of those no matter what was fed into character loras originally, since the styles mixes will apply over the pictures you generated. And its also very much possible to either find an artist that you like who would agree to let you tinker with his style, is, sadly too dead to care if you do it, or mix several styles to the point where even the artists whose styles were used wont recognize their own style's influence (which is how basically our own brain come up with our personal styles to draw things, minus the fact that we are using much more wast and corrupted sample size.)

In my understanding, if you saved promts, or use a local tool that allows you to work with already existing images while applying your own mix of styles, reworking even a 1k of pics is a matter of 1-2 days of passively cheking if the output is acceptable enough before picking the good stuff and moving to the next pics batch.

Oh! I tried similar things, yes.
The problem comes from making the TF Versions of characters, and a lot of scenes, are them interacting with other characters (Specially Beast), and doing sex scenes.

I do a selection of Lora's to try to keep them all "kind of" similar, but yeah, I already do a lot of things you are saying.

Hey, if you have an idea for an game, it's always nice to put it out! Even if it's small, or incomplete.
I mean, Beast Control's first release was what... 4 scenes? Not even that?
And now I'm able to pay to have an artist and a writer on our team, and the game evolved to have more than 40 scenes!

People's first game will hardly be their best, the important is learning from releasing them.
(Also, technically, Beast Control is my first game, but not the first game I worked on, lots of games industry knowledge helped me to create it and plan it's release, thanks to almost 3 years of work as Game QA and a few months of Game Design if you'd believe it. Biggest fun fact I have of my career, is that I worked on a canceled Five Night at Freddie's game as QA.)
If this is reference my hesitation to making a game than I appreciate it. But my biggest issue honestly is the scale of the idea. Imagine a sort of corruption tf game built like a war game. You could either play the hero off to fight the demon Lord or as the demon Lord leading armies that'd turn your enemies into demons that'd serve you.

Although, I did at least make a post about an idea (albeit niche) for a game so that maybe one day someone might see and try it.

Also, the part about you have development experience still is a big jump for a first time development of a game. Like I can't imagine it was easy and personally I think what you made so far is praise worthy. Especially since you're already learning things you can change and trying to act on them with a second game

By non-furry path you mean not having any animal TF's? Or just "Just animal ears/tail without the furry body"?
In any case, no, the transformation and mix of Humans/Furries are the main thing of the game, so there isn't a 100% human path planned at the moment.
Too bad, game looks good aside from the furry bs.

What a mediocre use of AI, 0 post processing, I recommend the author of this project to take on the team someone who understands AI and has editing tools like Photoshop

Yep, that sounds really complex.
Beast Control initially had some sandbox things, and had code written to have a day system/money system, but I scraped it, and decided to have it be a more straight forward Visual Novel, and decided to keep those things for Feral City.

Maybe starting on something smaller might help! But still, it's a great idea for a game, I remember there was one game here with a similar idea, but it got abandoned.

It already has post processing.
And about hiring someone that "understands" AI.

The idea is to only use AI as a means to secure living and budget to create games without it.
AI already steal enough from artists, the idea of paying money to someone that uses AI is awful to me, I want to steal back from AI, and not give it more money.

That consistency is pretty impressive. Would you mind sending me the prompts and other settings you used for this? I've used Civit AI quite a lot and never managed to get it consistent, although I did make a new character (based on an existing one), maybe that doesn't help. Still I'd really appreciate your example!
